Registration & Abstract submission

The workshop is free of charge for QTECNOS students, postdocs and Principal Investigators. Please make sure that your registration is in order by 31 October 2023.

We welcome contributions from students at national level. Please register and send us your abstract. Approximately forty scholarships will be available for selected students (based on the quality of their submitted work). 

Scholarships will be awarded by the Programme Committee and will cover the registration fee, as well as flight and accommodation costs. Scholarships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Other participants who do not intend to present work at the workshop are also welcome to attend. To do so, they must register and pay a participation fee of 450,000 Colombian pesos  (here). This covers materials, drinks and meals during the workshop.

Participants who do not plan to present work at the workshop must register and pay a participation fee of 450,000 Colombian pesos. The deadline for payment is 31 October 2023. In order to make your registration official and guarantee your place, we kindly ask you to pay the registration fee through the following link:

In this link, please go to the "Buscar" box and write the keyword: "NANO", click on Buscar (search); select, click on save and continue. Fill in the personal information requested by the system. You will then have the option of paying online or printing a receipt to take to a bank (if necessary, there is a video guide at the top left of the platform).

Once you have done this, please send us a copy of the payment receipt to nanoquantum.workshop@correounivalle.edu.co (subject: comprobante de pago de registro en nano & quantum 2023).
